Zanzibar is an ideal destination for spearfishing day trips, thanks to its rich marine life.

Our spearfishing adventures depart from one of two centers located on Unguja Island, commonly known as Zanzibar. Depending on conditions and preferences, trips take place around the northern tip of Zanzibar, the southeastern coast, the southern tip of Pemba Island, or the more remote Latham Island. For those staying on Pemba, we can relocate a boat to ensure easy access to prime spearfishing spots.

Zanzibar offers excellent opportunities to target a variety of prized fish species, including wahoo, Spanish mackerel, green jobfish, emperors, snappers, barracuda, golden trevally, giant trevally, sailfish, yellowfin tuna, marlin, and smaller dogtooth tuna. For those looking to land something truly impressive, day trips to southern Pemba target giant dogtooth tuna weighing up to 100 kg. Meanwhile, Latham Island is renowned as one of the top locations in the region, particularly for its abundance of large dogtooth tuna and other game fish.

Our fleet consists of spearfishing boats, each accommodating four divers. Two of our larger, high-speed boats are perfect for venturing out to more distant locations like Latham Island.
